The Ontario Child Benefit - Supporting Ontario's Children The Ontario Child Benefit is a new program that helps low-income families with the costs of raising their children. Nearly 1.3 million children will benefit annually from the program. Residents of Ontario with children under 18 may qualify for the Ontario Child Benefit depending on their income. Regular monthly payments will start in July 2008. Click here for more information.
