LEAP - Learning Earning and Parenting (PDF) - 1,086 kb The Learning Earning and Parenting (LEAP) program helps Ontario Works participants who are parents under age 25 to get their high school diploma, prepare for a job and enhance their parenting skills. Homemakers and Nurses Services Brochure (PDF) - 171 kb York Region has contracts with health care agencies and is able to provide subsidies for eligible residents in need of homemaking and nursing services. In-home services may include light housekeeping and meal preparation.
