York Region's Family and Children's Services Division is the project manager of the OCCMS database. Staff work with a team of Ministry and Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (CMSM) staff to design, develop, test and implement OCCMS.
New OCCMS versions and enhancements are ongoing. A partnership of York Region, Ministry and CMSM User Group staff continue to review and approve upgrades, enhancements and service to the province-wide OCCMS. A Help Line has been established for all CMSM Users.
