Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS)
 

The Regional Municipality of York is inviting eligible community service agencies to submit proposals for projects that will be delivered to York Region's at risk and homeless residents. Successful proposals will be funded through the federal government's Homelessness Partnering Strategy (HPS).

HPS provides funding for projects and activities designed to reduce and prevent homelessness in York Region. Funding is available for community service projects with clear and measurable outcomes that fall under one or more of the community priorities as identified in the Call for Proposals.

All awards for funding are subject to the approval of the Community Advisory Board, and the availability of funds from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC).

Closing Date: Thursday, March 15, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. sharp. Submissions will NOT be accepted after 1:00 p.m. on that date.
