Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP)

 
Request for Proposals for the expansion of the Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP-EI)
 
The Regional Municipality of York is inviting eligible community service agencies to submit proposals to deliver a pilot project of the Homelessness Prevention Program in southern York Region in 2009. The successful proposals will be funded through Community and Health Services Department's Early Investments expansion of the Homelessness Prevention Program (HPP - EI).

The Homelessness Prevention Program is designed to provide one-time financial assistance to stabilize York Region individuals and families at risk of losing their housing, or to help them obtain housing.

How to Submit a Proposal

  1. Submisssion must be as outlined in the Request for Proposal document.
  2. Review the eligibility criteria in the RFP for Homelessness Prevention Program - Early Investments document to ensure that your agency/organization is eligible to receive funding.
  3. Your proposal must include all of the mandatory requirements (and copies) and any other additional attachments.
  4. Submit your printed proposal by mail, or hand deliver to:
