The data available in these maps supports the findings of the report Community Snapshots – Recent Immigrants Living in York Region and enhances Community Services and Housing's service planning knowledge of socio-economic and demographic trends, program development and, by extension that of other organizations, agencies and the general public. All data found in these maps is based on Statistics Canada's 2001 Census.
