Regional Official Plan Update Initiated in Early 2009

In early 2009, Regional staff and Committee considered the benefits of proceeding with an updated Regional Official Plan.  2009 is also the 5-year review date for the Regional Official Plan. As required by Section 26 of the Planning Act, a Special Meeting of Council to hear submissions in regard to revisions that may be required to the Regional Official Plan as held April 8, 2009.
