Drawing Requests are administered by the Corridor Approvals and Records section of York Region's Roads Transportation Branch.

The Region has scanned drawings available for most Regional Roads.

These scans are available in a tiff format. In certain cases, Autocad drawings are available.

If you are located on a Regional Road and require drawings, please send an email to drawings@york.ca with the following details.

Drawing Fees

If tiff images are available for the area requested, a $6.00 per sheet (350 metres of road) will be applied to the request. Generally, staff will contact you via phone or email to let you know what is available.

If Autocad drawings are available and current, a cost for minor detail will be $100.00 per 350 metres or major detail will be at $500.0 per 350m.

If your query falls within one of our Capital Works projects, the Regional Project Manager will be notified of your request so co-ordination of work can be reviewed.
