Application Process

Our summer student application process for 2013 has changed, please read the following important information:

SINGLE APPLICATION DOCUMENT:

It is essential that you submit only one document and ensure that the "Document is my resume" box is checked when uploading it. This is your single application document. (for example: if you have a cover letter and a resume, please combine them into one Word or PDF document BEFORE uploading).  Resumes are mandatory; cover letters are not.

Please title and save your single application document as Lastname, Firstname, Summer Student 2013 (e.g. "Smith, John, Summer Student 2013").  Upload this document on your profile page where prompted.

Do not upload any additional documents, even when redirected to the My Documents Page at the end of the process.  Your only document for 2013 should be this single application document containing your resume (and optional cover letter).

STUDENT QUESTIONS:

When completing the Create Profile Page, you MUST check the box beneath the Student header (“I am a student applicant”) and complete all of the questions within it.  Students who also applied in 2012 must visit their profile to ensure that all questions answered and boxes checked are still accurate.

You may verify your application by clicking “My Jobs” in the right hand menu.

If you have technical difficulties while applying, you may call our website telephone support at 1-877-427-7717 from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST Monday to Friday.  You may also email website support at helpdesk.njoyn@cgi.com
