Proposed Regional Official Plan Amendment No 5
York Region will be hosting Public Open Houses and a Statutory Public Meeting on Regional Official Plan Amendment No 5. The purpose of this amendment is to update policies and mapping in the Regional Official Plan, 2010 for Wellhead Protection Areas, Intake Protection Zones, Significant Groundwater Recharge Areas and Highly Vulnerable Aquifer areas in York Region, to reflect new source water protection information. The Amendment applies to the whole of York Region. Please review the Open House/Public Meeting Notice for information on the dates, time and locations of these meetings which has been provided below.
