York Region Health Services continues to work co-operatively with the CFIA and the How to identify affected products
If the meat products you have are labeled with the Aylmer Meat Packers Inc. name, do not eat the meat. If the product is not labeled with the Aylmer Meat Packers Inc. name, or you are not sure of the sources of the products you have, please check with the retailer where you bought the products. A list of retailers that may be affected is noted on the CFIA's web site (see link below), which is being updated regularly. The CFIA is also warning consumers not to consume the following meat products because these were manufactured with beef originating from Aylmer Meat Packers Inc: WAGENER BEEF PRODUCTS

If you suspect that you have eaten meat products from Aylmer Meat Packers Inc., and experience the common symptoms of food poisoning and food-borne illness, seek medical attention right away either with your physician or go to your local emergency room.
