Payable by Cash, Cheque or Visa Background: As of December 12, 2003, the new Bio-Terrorism Act goes into effect and all FDA regulated shipments to the United States will need to be compliant. The new regulation will require the registration of food facilities with the FDA and advance shipping notification plus detailed record keeping. According to the new laws, failure to comply is a prohibited act.
