Fifth Annual Poker Run for Make-a-Wish FoundationNEWMARKET – York Region employees will host the Fifth Annual Family Mountain Bike Poker Run to raise funds for the Make-a-Wish Foundation on Saturday, September 13th. Make-a-Wish has enriched the lives of children with life-threatening illnesses through its wish granting work. To date, the Annual Poker Run has raised $20,000 and allowed four children’s wishes to be granted. Date: Saturday, September 13, 2003 Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (no riders will be allowed to begin after 11:00 a.m.) Location: York Regional Forest Headquarters Highway 48, just south of Vivian Road in Whitchurch-Stouffville Important details:
