Important information for all York Region Transit GO Shuttle passengers

NEWMARKET - As a result of fire damage to a bridge between the Centennial GO Station and the Unionville GO Station, GO Train Service will not be available from the Stouffville, Mount Joy, Markham or Centennial GO Stations until further notice.

York Region Transit (YRT) GO Shuttle routes will be running on their regular schedules to the Mount Joy, Markham and Centennial GO Train Stations.  Buses from these stations will transport passengers to the Unionville GO Station for train service southbound to Union Station.

For the afternoon service, buses will meet the trains at Unionville Station and transport passengers to Centennial, Markham and Mount Joy stations.

As there is not enough parking at the Unionville GO Station, passengers should park/access the GO system at their normal station and use the shuttle buses.

For more information on YRT please visit their Web site at www.yorkregiontransit.com or call 1-866 MOVE YRT (668-3978).

For more information on The Regional Municipality of York, the services we offer and links to our nine area municipalities, please visit our Web site at: www.region.york.on.ca.
