Leading, managing and modeling for wellness York Region Workplace Wellness Sixth Annual Conference

 

NEWMARKET –   Join York Region Health Services and guest speaker Nora Spinks, president of Work-Life Harmony Enterprises at the Sixth Annual Workplace Wellness Conference.    This conference is designed for leaders, managers, supervisors and labour representatives from all workplaces. 
 
Participants will learn how work-life quality impacts employee engagement, organizational performance, and ultimately financial performance.  Advice about how to design, implement, and measure effective work-life quality programs or simply leverage existing programs, policies and practices to create sustainable, high-performing work environments will also be presented.
