Prenatal classes offered in Chinese

 

NEWMARKET – York Region Health Services is offering an eight-week series of prenatal classes beginning Thursday, October 5th.  These sessions will be offered in Cantonese.  Facilitated by registered nurses, the series will focus on pregnancy issues.  Specific program topics include: labour and delivery, breastfeeding, community supports.

 

WHEN: 8-week series starting Thursday, October 5, 2006
 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

WHO: Pregnant women expecting a baby and their partner/support person

 

COST: $40.00 for the 8-week series
