NEWMARKET –   York Region Health Services is offering a six-week series of prenatal classes, beginning Tuesday, October 3rd.  Facilitated by registered nurses, the series will focus on multiple pregnancies.  Specific program topics include: fetal development, physical and emotional changes, coping strategies, labour and delivery, birthing options, postpartum adjustment, newborn care, communication and parenting skills. ..

 

WHEN: 6-week series starting Tuesday, October 3, 2006
 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

WHO: Pregnant woman expecting multiples and their partner/support person

 

COST: $40.00 for the 6-week series
