Prenatal classes offered in Chinese

 

NEWMARKET – York Region Health Services Department is offering an eight-week prenatal class beginning Thursday, March 1, 2007.  This series will be offered in Chinese.  Facilitated by registered public health nurses, participants will learn about early pregnancy issues, labour and delivery information, preparation for pregnancy, breastfeeding, community supports and more. The cost is $40.00.

 

WHEN:  8-week series beginning Thursday, March 1, 2007
  7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

WHO:  Pregnant women expecting a baby and their partner/support person

 

COST:  $40.00 for the eight-week series
