York Region EMS hosts 3rd Annual bicycle ride

NEWMARKET – York Region Emergency Medical Services (EMS) will host the 3rd Annual Mission of Health bicycle ride on Wednesday, May 12th.

 

During this one-day event, six York Region paramedics will bike more than 100 kilometres through the eastern portion of the Region.

 

Participating paramedics have raised approximately $1,000 through personal pledges and donations.  This year, all money raised will be donated to Markham Stouffville Hospital in the Town of Markham.

 

Members of the media are invited to attend the official start of the 3rd Annual Mission of Health.
