2  UPDATE – COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

The Dewatering Complaint Review Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered with the following action:

 

1. Mayor W. Emmerson was elected Chair and Regional Councillor J. Heath was elected Vice Chair of the Dewatering Complaint Review Committee for 2007.

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

2. Mayor Emmerson advised that the Applicants Murray and Kim Empringham are his step-mother's son and daughter-in-law, and that although he has received legal advice that this remote relationship does not create a conflict of interest, he considered it appropriate to inform the Committee accordingly.

 

 

The Dewatering Complaint Review Committee adjourned at 6:00 p.m.
