1. Connie Phillipson, Executive Director, The Regional Municipality of York Police Services Board, September 28, 2007, forwarding the Revised Budget Timelines and 2008 Capital Budget and Forecast to 2017, which was adopted by the Police Services Board at its meeting on September 26, 2007. Received.
2. Nancy Tenaglia, October 24, 2007, regarding payment of development charges. Received and deputant status granted.
DEPUTATION
1. Nancy Tenaglia, regarding payment of development charges. Received and referred to the private session of the Committee.
PRIVATE SESSION
Committee resolved into Private Session at 11:30 a.m. to consider:
1. Private Report of the Regional Solicitor and Commissioner of Finance – Update on Development Charges Collected – Litigation.
2. Private Memorandum of Senior Counsel – Proposed Amendments to By-law A-0353-2004-088 (the "Purchasing By-law") – Solicitor Client.
and resumed in open session with no report out at 11:45 a.m.
