2  UPDATE – COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

The Dewatering Complaint Review Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered with the following action:

ELECTIONS FOR 2008

1. Mayor W. Emmerson was elected Chair and Regional Councillor J. Heath was elected Vice Chair of the Dewatering Complaint Review Committee for 2008.

DISCLOSURES OF INTEREST

2. Mayor W. Emmerson advised Committee that he has a distant familial relationship with one of the applicants, Kim Empringham, but that this remote relationship does not create a conflict of interest.

The Dewatering Complaint Review Committee adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
