OTHER BUSINESS

 

10. Transportation Services staff informed Committee that the contract for the reconstruction and widening of Ninth Line, from the 407 ETR to Rose Way, was advertised yesterday and closes in three week's time. Construction is scheduled to commence in approximately six weeks.

 

11. The Committee requested that Transportation Services staff investigate any possible mitigation strategies for Woodbine Avenue.

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION    

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 11:45 a.m. to consider the following:
