Dongara was requested to gather and compile as much data as possible on emissions and test burns associated with use of the fuel pellets and to send this information to 2. Erin Mahoney, Commissioner of Environmental Services regarding Commissioner's Update. Deferred to the December 9, 2009 Environmental Services Committee meeting. Ferri introduced and welcomed Ali Fatehzadan, the 5th PRIVATE SESSION The Committee resolved into private session at 12:08 p.m. to consider the following: 1. Private Report of the Commissioner of Environmental Services and the Regional Solicitor – Residual Waste Processing Update – Actual or Potential Litigation. 2. Private Report of the Regional Solicitor – 2008 External Compliance Audit Program Findings Water and Wastewater Facilities – Solicitor Client. 3. Verbal Update – Southeast Collector Trunk Sewer – Solicitor Client. The Committee resumed in public session at 12:40 p.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendations on the above matters will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its November 19, 2009 Private Session.
