OTHER BUSINESS

 

4. The Committee requested that staff provide a comprehensive report to the March 10, 2010 Environmental Services Committee meeting outlining the Durham and Peel Source Separated Organics Programs.

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 11:56 a.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Private Presentation of the Commissioner of Environmental Services – York-Peel Feedermain – Security of Municipal Property and Potential Litigation.

 

2. Private Presentation – Richmond Hill Community Environmental Centre – Solicitor Client.

 

3. Verbal Update - Southeast Collector Trunk Sewer – Solicitor Client.

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 12:19 p.m. with no report out.
