6  UPDATE – COMMITTEE PROCEEDINGS

 

The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action.

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 11:56 a.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Private Report of the Regional Solicitor – Disposition of Matters Under the Amended Purchasing By-law, 2008 - Litigation

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 12:03 p.m. with no report out.  Its recommendation on the above matter will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its February 19, 2009 Private Session.

 

 

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 12:04 p.m.
