COMMUNICATION

1. Barbara Bridle, Committee Coordinator, April 28, 2009, forwarding a report of the York Region Transit Committee, adopted by Regional Council at its meeting on April 23, 2009, regarding the York Region Transit Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Contract Award. Received.
PRIVATE SESSION
The Committee resolved into private session at 10:55 a.m. to consider the following:
1. Private Report of the Commissioner of Corporate Services – Retainer for External Legal Services – Solicitor-Client.
2. Private Memorandum – Sean Love, Senior Counsel, Environmental Law – Legal Opinion regarding Environmental Assessment Act Implications - The Donald
3. Private Report of the Commissioner of Finance and the Regional Solicitor – Development Charge By-Law Appeal – Proposed Trinity Settlement – Solicitor-Client
The Committee resumed in public session at 11:11 a.m. with no report out. The Committee's recommendation on the above matter will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its June 25, 2009 Private Session.
The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 11:12 a.m.
