The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action.

ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR

1. Mayor Van Bynen was elected Chair and Mayor Barrow was elected Vice Chair of the Finance and Administration Committee for the remainder of the term of Council 2009-10. Mayor Van Bynen's election is conditional upon his acceptance.

COMMUNICATION

1. Carolyn Lance, Administrative Assistant to the Town Clerk, Town of Georgina, July 29, 2009, forwarding a resolution adopted by the Council of the Town of Georgina at its meeting on July 13, 2009, regarding Canada's Employment Insurance. Received.
