The Finance and Administration Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Finance and Administration Committee with the following action.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

 

1. Jim Davidson, Commissioner of Corporate Services, November 23, 2009, regarding development charges and development fees recovered by Legal Services.   Received and referred to the Commissioner of Corporate Services for a report back to the Committee by March 4, 2010 on fee changes for legal services provided in relation to Site Plan Amending Agreements.

 

 

The Finance and Administration Committee adjourned its meeting at 12:11 p.m.
