The Transit Committee advises Council of the following matters having been considered by the Transit Committee with the following action:

 

 

OTHER BUSINESS

 

1. Monthly Ridership Statistics.  Received.

(The monthly ridership statistics were included as an attachment in the agenda for the April 16, 2009 Committee meeting).

 

 

PRIVATE SESSION

 

The Committee resolved into private session at 1:15 p.m. to consider the following:

 

1. Private Report of the Commissioner of Transportation Services and the Commissioner of Corporate Services – York Region Transit, Construction Contract Award, 8300 Keele Street Operations and Maintenance Facility – Security of Municipal Property and Solicitor-Client.

 

The Committee resumed in public session at 1:23 p.m. with no report out.  The Committee's recommendation on the above matter will be forwarded to Council for consideration at its April 23, 2009 Private Session.

 

 

The Transit Committee adjourned its meeting at 1:24 p.m.
