The Office of the Regional Clerk prepares the Agendas and documents and records the Reports and Minutes of all meetings of Committees and York Regional Council. Agendas, Minutes and Reports are posted on the Region's Web site.

A limited number of assistive hearing devices are available upon request to those attending Council or Committee meetings. These devices can be used with your own headphones with a compatible mini-plug or headphones can be provided. Please contact the Clerk's Office at 905-830-4444 x1320 for more information.
