Accessible Customer Service Training
Under the Accessibility Standards for Customer Service (Ontario Regulation 429/07) of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), every person who provides direct service to the public, or interacts with the public, on behalf of York Region, must receive training about how to serve customers with disabilities. This includes volunteers, students and employees of the service provider.
