Stouffville Road - Hwy. 404 to McCowan Road

Project Description: This project involves the road reconstruction of Stouffville Road from a 2 lane road to a 4 lane road. The work will include new pavement, curbs, new trees, storm sewers, culverts, retaining walls, improved ditches, wider shoulders, traffic islands, traffic signals and street lighting along the road and at intersections. Project Description: Intersection Improvements to meet local growth, reduce traffic congestion, and improve operational efficiency, safety, traffic signals at Masters, MCC entrance modifications, new parking lay-bys and median. Completion Date: June 2012
16th Avenue @ Reesor Road, including Bridge Rehabilitation

Project Description: This project is a jog elimination at Reesor Road and 16th Avenue. It also includes replacement of the bridge over the Little Rouge Creek. Completion Date: September 2012 York Durham Line - Steeles Avenue to South of 14th Avenue
