Drop Off Zones
The map below shows the layout of the facility and the flow. All traffic is one way to flow throughout the site. There are four drop off zones that follow the waste management 3R hierarchy of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.
Materials Accepted
Please note that both Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity York Region have the right to refuse any items delivered to the Reuse Zone that they deem not reusable or resalable.

- Large Loads (greater than a 14 foot cube van or unloading with hydraulic lift are not permitted)
City of Vaughan residents are encouraged to manage their yard waste through their local municipal curbside program. Please contact York Region for alternate locations, disposal requirements and hours of operation.

** Businesses with scrap tires can register to participate in the Ontario Tire Stewardship program. Depending on quantity and type of tires, participants that register as "collectors" are eligible for free pick up, processing and reimbursement of a collectors fee for each tire. Accepted Methods of Payment
Payments may be made in person at the the Facility by cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or debit card.
The following are available for purchase at the McCleary Court Community Environmental Centre:
Blue Boxes: $5.50 each (taxes extra)
Green Bins: $13.60 each (taxes extra)
City of Vaughan Garbage tags: $10.20/sheet of 10

- York Region residents only (Photo I.D is required)
- Children Under the age of 12 must remain in vehicle while unloading
- Scavenging is not permitted
- Fees may be charged where applicable
- Loads must be properly secured
- Materials must be placed in designated bins
- Loads larger than 14 foot cube van or unloading with hydraulic lift are not permitted
- Household Hazardous Waste, Green Bin waste/organics, and Yard Waste are not accepted
- All materials must be dropped off during operating hours. It is illegal to drop off materials when closed
- Please ensure to follow attendants' instructions at all times
