The following accommodation rates are effective at the Newmarket and Maple Health Centres as of July 1, 2010.

Notes:
- Residents may complete an Income test to determine eligibility for a reduction to the basic accommodation fee. Notice of Assessment is required on day of admission.
- Those residents who receive financial assistance from the Government in the form of Guarantee Income Supplement, Family Benefits Assistance or General Welfare Assistance are entitled to $128.00 in comfort allowance monthly.
- Rates are current as of July 1, 2010.
Short Stay/Respite Rates
A standard basic accommodation rate is charged to individuals using the Short Stay Program. The current rate for short stay is $34.63 per day.
Day Program Fees
A fee for day programs not exceeding $20.00 per day is charged. Subsidy is available upon application.
