Breastfeeding Babies and Children


York Region Breastfeeding Program provides support through fact sheets, telephone support and breastfeeding clinics to help families make informed choices about feeding their babies and children. Breastfeeding clinics are staffed by Public Health Nurses, many of whom are also International Board Certified Lactation Consultants.

Services are free of charge. Clinic visits are by appointment.
