Workshop Schedule:
Nobody's Perfect Parenting Program
Offered to parents and caregivers of children under the age of five. This is an education and support program held in eight weekly sessions where a variety of parenting issues are discussed. This program is free of charge and child care is provided.
Nobody's Perfect - English Chinese
Transition to Parenting Program
Provides support and education to pregnant and postpartum women and their families. This program supports women who have Perinatal Mood Disorders, anxiety or depression, and who may be struggling with the adjustment to parenthood. This program runs for 12 weeks and is offered at no direct cost. Child minding is available.
Healthy Babies Healthy Children
A home visiting program that is available at no direct cost, supporting families who are pregnant or have children up to six years of age. Contact Health Connection for more information.
