York Region Community and Health Services Department
Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program

Dear Parent:

Your doctor, midwife or nurse may have told you about the Healthy Babies, Healthy Children Program (HBHC). This provincially-funded program is your "one-stop-shop" for information about your newborn(s). A Public Health Nurse can link you to a broad range of local programs and services, including those offered by the York Region Community and Health Services Department.

Having a baby and raising a family is not always easy. If you have questions about you or your baby, a home visit may be arranged. If you would like more information, please call.
