Feeding You and Your Family - Babies

 

Feeding your baby in the first year is an experience of discovery for the both of you. In just 1 year your baby will go from breastfeeding to eating a wide variety of foods.

Feeding your baby can be one of the most rewarding aspects of being a parent, but like many parents, you have questions about feeding your baby. Is my baby gaining enough weight? When should my baby start solids foods? How do I know if my baby is eating enough or too much? The following information will help guide you through the first year — a year of many first experiences!
