It's time to pause to PLAY!

We are challenging students and their families to put their televisions, video games and computers on pause for an entire week (except for use with homework). Instead, eat healthy foods and engage in safe, physically active PLAY and other fun family and community activities. It's time to get active, eat healthy and stay safe!

How can your school participate?

1. Register your school – it's easy! Just complete the online Registration Form. The first 50 schools to register will receive two free skipping ropes and be eligible to win one of three $200.00 gift certificates for physical activity equipment for your school! The registration deadline is May 9th, 2011.
    
2. The person who registers will receive an email with a link to access/download resources.
