York Region Community and Health Services, Elementary School Program

Public health nurses are available to provide information and support on how to increase physical activity in your school using a comprehensive school health approach through the Healthy Schools Program. Public health nurses work in partnership with curriculum consultants from both York Region District and York Catholic District school boards.
