York Region Monthly Community Immunization Clinics
The York Region Community and Health Services Department offers community immunization clinics each month for school age children. These clinics provide students and their parents/guardians with convenient opportunities to keep immunization records up-to-date. Immunizations provided at these clinics are available to residents of Ontario at no cost.
Please note that the seasonal flu shot is not available at these clinics. York Region holds flu shot clinics at various locations throughout York Region. For more information, please visit www.york.ca/flu. You may also contact your family physician or a walk-in clinic to get the flu shot.
These clinics are particularly beneficial for students who:
- Are due for routine immunizations
- Need one or more immunizations to avoid being suspended from school
- Missed a school immunization clinic
