Reporting a Complaint
The Tobacco Enforcement Officers respond to all complaints. All reports of complaints and/or violations will be kept in strict confidence and may be made anonymously.
Reporting Smoking in the Workplace
For more information on reporting a complaint; to report a violation of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act; or to speak with a Public Health Nurse, please contact York Region Health Connection at 1-800-361-5653.
Another option is to email the Tobacco Education and Control Team at tobacco.referrals@york.ca.
