How to Quit Smoking

 

Quitting smoking can be a difficult process.  Not every attempt is successful.  In fact, the average number of attempts before a smoker is able to quit for good is 5 to 7.  Remember that every quit attempt is personal to the smoker trying to quit.  Not all smokers go about quitting in the exact same way and each attempt is different from the last.
