Quit Smoking

In Canada, 34% of smokers are attempting to quit right now while the majority of smokers would like to quit one day.

There has never been a better time to quit.

Tobacco use is the number one cause of preventable death and disease in Canada. Tobacco related diseases such as cancer; heart disease and lung disease kill over 47,000 Canadians every year.

For the vast majority of smokers, quitting smoking is the best single thing they can do to improve the length and quality of their lives.

Quitting is good medicine!
