Successful Workplace Wellness Conference - 2011 

Building a Psychologically Safe and Healthy Workplace 

Over 80 participants attended the interactive Building a Psychologically Safe and Healthy Workplace session that looked at systemic and organizational factors affecting the mental health of employees. Participants learned about both workplace risk factors and protective factors that impact mental health. The conference keynote speaker was Donna Hardaker, Workplace Mental Health Specialist with the CMHA. Donna shares her conference overview in the link below.
