"Public Works is Everywhere You Look" Thanks to everyone who sent in their poster drawings. It was tough to to pick three winners from all the great designs. It was so tough, we decided to pick four - one winner in each of the three age categories, and one overall winner. Click on the winners below to see their designs. In the 3-5 age group, the winner was Zoe Williams for "Washing our Streets" In the 6-8 age group, the winner was Samantha Jennings for "Crane and Truck" In the 9-12 age group, the winner was Adrienne Sta. Ana for "YRT Bus Stop" The grand prize winner was Gianluca Baggetta for "Boy with Binoculars" Each of the winners received a great prize pack from Mastermind Toys and a button and t-shirt with their winning design. The winners were also invited to York Regional Council on Thursday, May 19th. At Council, York Regional Chair and CEO Bill Fisch and members of Regional Council from the winners areas posed with the winners for a photo.
