Pine Valley Drive is getting a new left turn lane
Transportation improvements prepare York Region to meet the needs of motorists, cyclists, pedestrians and transit users today and into the future. York Region is making improvements to Pine Valley Drive at Rutherford Road.
Duration: May to June 2024
Road improvements
- Widening Pine Valley Drive to add a southbound left turn lane at Rutherford Road to improve the flow of traffic
Impacts to travellers:
Lane closures limited to:
- Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- The road will remain open to through traffic; however, lane closures will be required to complete road improvements
- Access to homes and businesses will be maintained
As with all construction projects, work may be rescheduled due to weather. York Region will provide advance notice where possible.
