Creativity

  • This fun, hands-on activity allowed students to learn about public works as they did research on York Region's public works services.
  • Through distribution of our flyers students were encouraged to attend our Open House to learn more about public works and vote on their plow.
  • The Paint-a-Plow contest allowed York Region to demonstrate a connection between the machine, the operator and the service we provide to our residents. Paint-A-Plow gave us the opportunity to see how young people view our services.
