Immunizations

York Region Public Health (YRPH) provides immunization clinics to a variety of individuals and groups. In addition, York Region Public Health reviews, updates and maintains immunization information on file for children in a licensed child care centre and/or school for specific, designated diseases. Parents/guardians are responsible for updating YRPH with their child’s immunization records, your health care provider does not provide us with this information.
